Hello Waheed,

Check the logs.  I had a user getting this same error when sending
from Outlook express.  The logs showed the email trying to go to
<"[EMAIL PROTECTED]">  the double quotes were the problem.  The
user fixed the address in his address book by removing the entry and
recreating with out the double quotes.
