Hello Waheed, Check the logs. I had a user getting this same error when sending from Outlook express. The logs showed the email trying to go to <"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"> the double quotes were the problem. The user fixed the address in his address book by removing the entry and recreating with out the double quotes.

This problem does not exist if he sends to this user from yahoo or hotmail. I have tried to send to this email address from my email on another domain that Waheed> is not virtual but on the same IMail server, and I have got the same result, also when I sent him from yahoo he got received my message.
