Actually I'm running a demo version of Declude right now and I'm seeing the same behavior. Messages that I send through my test IMail server running Declude are being classified as viruses in the virus log and moved to the Virus Folder. I thought it was a configuration error on my part (and may still be) but now that I have someone else having the same behavior I'll probably end up calling support to see what's up.

Any E-mail that is moved into the \IMail\spool\virus directory is one where either your virus scanner detected a virus, or Declude Virus detected a vulnerability. Those are unsafe E-mails. You may or may not get a notification, depending on your specific setup. Note that these E-mails will *not* hang around in that folder -- once they are moved there, they stay there forever until you do something with them. Declude Virus will not, of course, deliver viruses. :) Is it possible that you are referring to the \IMail\spool\overflow directory (which behaves as you describe during the IMail "overflow" situation -- E-mails with or without viruses/spam get placed there, no notifications sent, and later are delivered)? If so, you can contact our support@ address for assistance in determining why that is happening (it could be an overloaded server, or a configuration issue). -Scott --- Declude JunkMail: The advanced anti-spam solution for IMail mailservers since 2000.
