Thanks for the help Scott. I wanted to clarify a bit what I'm seeing. First, the folders with the .vir extension are NOT being moved into \Imail\Spool\virus directory. They continue to sit in the spool directory.
That is to be expected -- the .vir directories are always off of the spool directory (with the default settings), and come and go as E-mail is scanned.
I do have legitimate virus messages (If that's not an oxymoron...) that are put into the virus directory...
If you contact our support@ address, we can assist you further. If it is just some legitimate E-mails getting caught, they almost certainly *do* contain a virus (or vulnerability, in which case their mail client is probably not RFC compliant). If all E-mails are getting caught, it could be a configuration issue.
