Welp I've checked both accounts that my Outlook checks, no luck. I rebooted to safe-mode and ran the removal tool which found nothing... Only thing I can think of is that it's hiding out in my Outlook and the PST file for it is encrypted, so it can't see it... I'll wait and see if it pops up again.
