I've running 7.15HF3 and Declude 1.79 and can't remember the last SMTP outage. How much messages per day are processed by this server? What NIC is in the Server? What is in the logfile before the service crash? When a crash occures, the service is simply not more responding or it goes at 100% CPU usage?
