We have a client that has intermittant problems sending email just to one email address on another ISP; We have explained to her that the issue is on the recip's server (the ISP doesn't have DNS setup properly to begin with), but the ISP is telling the recip it is our problem.
I just need confirmation that the error message is a result of improper communications by the recip's server...it would just make me feel better before presenting the information to my client and her recipient as proof. The example log snippet below is from a message from this morning that was sent to 2 addresses at same time; the other address delivered fine.
