1. A few hundred domains is not small.
2. Raid 5 should never be used for general usage, only for databases when
there is a separate transaction log. Raid 5 is poor on write speed.
3. For spam, AV scanning, receiving and sending, web messaging and etc for a
few hundred domains, dual P2 550 is not going to be much.

Recommendations:
Search the archives. There is a lot of information on hardware and
configurations there.
Number of domains is no where near as important as number of messages
received and sent per day, and services installed and used, and how many
users.
