This could happen, but it didn't (Knock on wood..) We do not delete spam mails automatically. The Spam mails will be received by a ColdFusion App. This app checks, why the mail was captured. This is for statistical reasons and gives us a hint, if we have to update eg. the phrase filter soon. It also check the sender. If the sender is from a swiss domain, indicates that the mail might be a false/positive. If this happens, those mails will be separated and checked biologically. Our good spam filters are the reason, why new customers likes to use our mail server as an affordable AntiVirus and AntiSpam gateway.
