I had posted this to the "other" Imail list and got little response, just several others with the same problem so I'll ask the "experts" now.
Running 8.05 with HF2 or 3... On the 10th last week, the SMTP service started stopping repeatedly. Sometimes as many as 5 times per hour. Other people seem to be having the same problem and it started at about the same point in time. Anyone have a clue what may be causing this and more importantly, how to fix it??? System had been running fine for 9 months prior to this. While the SMTP service might stop once a month, never 5 times in an hour. Of course some hours it doesn't stop at all.... ARGH!
