With all of the talks of lawsuits and responsibility, isn't this the equivalent of a Murderer crying foul to the police because someone stole his wallet? How many spammer folks are going to say one peep? They are already complicit in breaking the law, so are they then going to show up at the local police precinct, admit they are flagrant law breakers, and then file a complaint? Doubtful.
