Try ASSP. http://assp.sourceforge.net. Places a software-based gateway in front of any mail server. Wipes out almost everything with pretty much no reported FP's. You have to train it but once you do its hands off, pretty much forever.
At the moment it tells me that its burning 84% of incoming mail.
