that figures, I looked them up this morning and they came back as not having a ptr record. I look now and they do. Ok, thanks to all.

If not, you have to request that they add the PTR for you.

In MS DNS we appear to have a pointer record for our web servers but 
when I do a lookup on them it says that we don't. Obviously we're
