Upgrade. The difference between OEM and Full version is support. Full version comes with installation and a short period of support from Microsoft.

Question. A pc comes with 95,98,or W2k installed from the pc manufacturer. That is an OEM license. When that person wants to upgrade to XP, would they purchase an upgrade under open license agreement or would they need to purchase a full?
