See, I would go ahead and do that no problem, but this is
on a terminal server computer that about 20 other people access and no one has
the problem but her. And when I say her, I mean her physically, because
even if I log in as her to that terminal server, I don't have the problem.
Weirdest thing I've ever come across.

HAHAHA! Not exactly the same thing, but my boss had
her "Send" button go MIA last year. We had to completely remove Office and
reinstall it. Just running the repair operation didn't work, nor did
reinstalling without uninstalling first.

We have a user here who somehow has done away with 'File' on her mail window. It is there in the main Outlook application, but when she does new or reply or forward, the toolbar starts with 'Edit' instead of 'File'. She connects from an NCD into a Terminal Server, and it only seems to happen when she logs in. I have logged in as her to that same Terminal Server and don't have the problem, but when I go into her session and shadow, I see the problem.
