If business customers are serious about their business email then they should quit being cheap (and the difference is only $10-$20/month in most cases) and patronize REAL ISPs who will properly setup RDNS for their servers irregardless of the connection type.
These real ISPs are in most cases able to cover the same geograpic area as any of the telco/cableco's but the customers get brainwashed into the advertising believing broadband is only available from the cable/telcos.
And to theose who replied about not being able to get "vanity" RDNS from their ISP (which I bet was a telco/cableco) did you investigate a real independant ISP in your area? I bet not, you voted to save $5/month and went with the cableco/telco.
Real ISPs will provide F/R DNS, and or delegate it you you if your competent enough to handle it.
