Well, the fact that you do not accept e-mail to abuse@ may be part of it.

Can you enlighten me as to what the significance of abuse@ does? and how or why I should set it up?

Have you check the logs?

Yes, there has been no evidence of netzero smtp##.lax.untd.com server ever making contact. Messages can go to Netzero and the log is very detailed about this activity. The netzero customer has resent a message using gmail with no problem. They included the response from the Netzero server. The text in part is as follows:

Return-Path: Sender @ netzero

Recieved: from outbound28-2.lax.untd.com (smtp2.lax.untd.com [IP]) by smtpout02.lax.untd.com with SMTP id AABBDM7AVAMN9... for receiptant @ ourserver; date

Recieved: (qmail 10804 invoked from network); date

Received: from unknown (IP) by smtp02.lax.untd.com with SMTP; date

When comparing the date of this response to the log for that day and time there is no indication the netzero attempted contact. The logs do contain some netzero addresses however it is strongly believed that kaxxtrevvb @ netzero is not a valid user.

What evidence do you have of a problem?

Thank you for your response and any help you can offer on this matter. A side note I have also been made aware that some Hotmail messages are also not getting through.
