Thanks for the info.
I am still hoping for any insight on the NetZero
issue. The following is a snipit from the log file for an incoming
message from a yahoo address:
03:31 13:53 SMTPD(019201BA) [ IP ] HELO
web53505.mail.yahoo.com
03:31 13:53 SMTPD(019201BA) [ IP ] MAIL FROM:<ADDRESS> 03:31 13:53 SMTPD(019201BA) [ IP ] RCPT TO:<ADDRESS> 03:31 13:53 SMTPD(019201BA) [ IP ] \imail\spool\D7160019201ba8269.SMD 3163 03:31 13:53 SMTPD(019201BA) performing antispam checks 03:31 13:53 SMTP-(00000000) Info - Adding Queue file \imail\spool\Q7160019201ba8269.SMD 03:31 13:53 SMTP-(03A80A1C) processing \imail\spool\Q7160019201ba8269.SMD 03:31 13:53 SMTP-(03A80A1C) ldeliver mail.DOMAIN.com <USER>-main (1) <SENDER> 3163 03:31 13:53 SMTP-(03A80A1C) finished \imail\spool\Q7160019201ba8269.SMD status=1 I see nothing like this for the NetZero user in
question. It is as if his message never even reaches our server. His email
works for everyone but us. Is there something wrong on my end, on his local
machine, or maybe his ISP (Netzero)?
As for our setup we are running Imail 8.05.
The only antispam boxes checked are, Verify Mail FROM Address and Verify
HELO/EHLO. No Blacklists are listed and no content filtering is enabled at the
server level. Content filtering is performed on local machines. (A note we have
tested this situation with the two check boxes turned off, same
result.)
When researching the message going to a
NetZero which I listed in my last email, I used the IP address to to set up the
block as Trusted and this still did not resolve the issue.
Any help is much appreciated as I have spent
several hours racking my brain to understand this problem. Thanks.
