That's surprising. The SBC techs around here are refugees from Burger
King and don't know how to spell SMTP, let alone know what blocking
Port 25 means or even that they do it.  They're more likely to ask you
what browser you are using when you call about an e-mail issue than
they are to ask about your e-mail client.

Save your money.  All your attorney will do is charge you for his
time and maybe send them a letter which will be ineffective.  Until
you are damaged monetarily, you've got no grounds and even then, it is
a matter of significant damages to make it worth the time, expense,
aggravation and the risk you could lose, anyway.

I think a better and more positive bet is to alert your customers and
tell them you have a solution . . .
