Just now getting to see these survey questions, but we generally prefer to keep scripting languages to their primary platform - ie. ASP and ASP.NET for IIS, and PHP for Apache. I know that there are implementations of ASP and even .net for Linux, and php generally runs fine on Windows now, but our preference is still to keep scripting languages on the platform they grew up on.

Several people has said that IMail requiring PHP would not be acceptable. Could I get more info as to why PHP would be a problem?
