Yes I need peering in one domain being shared by 1 imail and 1 exchange
servers. Meaning all internet mails will be delivered to the Imail server
and if the user is not present in the Imail server, it will look up or peer
to exchange and deliver it there if the user is defined there.

For example:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is a user and defined in exchange server
[EMAIL PROTECTED] sends email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Imail will receive the email from the internet. Since, Imail does not have
[EMAIL PROTECTED], it will peer and deliver to the exchange server and
because [EMAIL PROTECTED] is defined in Exchange.

This is the logs. But I do not know yet where to find the SMTP log in
exchange. Please see attached (sending SMTP from command lines)

PROOF that exchange's smtp banner is changed:

Okay, now I need the logs from the MS SMTP (Exchange) side.

BTW -- just to make sure -- you're sure you need peering, and not
intelligent store-and-forward as provided by the exchange2aliases
script?
