Virtual Server Properties-Delivery-Outbound Connection.

Yes,  this  outbound  port  applies to that entire virtual server. You
have  to  create  another virtual server for outbound mail to the Net.
That's  why  I  mentioned that there are (or need to be) two different
paths.
