Its probably out in the docs somewere but have a massive headache and not wanting to read/search. being lazy i guess. How do I tell if pcre was built into postfix ? Is it by default. When I created my freebsd 4.8 machine I had it install postfix from the port selections so not sure what it did. I won't do that again.
