I'd recommend against doing a bulk import of any kind on the Microsoft Building
data. It's incredibly useful data and I've slowly been adding these buildings
throughout California and Oregon using RapiD. The data isn't great everywhere
though. In some subdivisions it's nearly perfect. In others each building
requires rotation, and in many places there's just bogus or outdated buildings
mapped. You really have to do it by hand, otherwise we will end up with a
TIGER-like data quality problem that will take years to cleanup.
