Hi all, I've come across a public domain data set with roads in Belize[1] that contains many roads which are currently not in OSM.
Would it be acceptable to import this data set? Is there any way I could overlay it with the existing data to see which roads are there already? I'm aware of the usual tools like JOSM, but they only allow me to get the data for a small area and I don't want to download planet.osm just for that.
