Hi Jonah
Footprints derived from AI Tools often have difficulty to interpret imagery in
particular where there are obstacles such as trees. This seems to be the case
here. Do you have any plan to evaluate the accuracy of footprints and
correction to make if necessary?

Hey OSM,
I'd like to propose an import of GIS data for Portsmouth, Virginia. The source
data is provided by the State of Virginia via the Virginia Geographic
Information Network (VGIN) under a compatible license for import. There’s
around 49,000 buildings, most of which include an address and building type.
This import has been discussed on the OSM Slack Virginia channel with
pre-review of the available sample data and I anticipate local mapper support
with the import process. Conflation with existing OSM data will happen during
the import.
