Hi Jonah
I did analysis of your OSM source file as of 2019-06-12 and detected some
15,500 buildings that deviate significantly from square angles buildings.  It
does not mean that they do not correspond to what is observed on imagery.  But
with a ratio of 32% of buildings with irregular angles, it would be good to
look at these and see if they should be revised.

See Geojson visualisation on Github
https://github.com/opendatalabrdc/OQ_Analysis/blob/master/Geojson_Visualisation_Building_Polygons_with_Irregular_Geometry.md#2019-06-12-city-of-portsmouth-virginia-building-footprints--addresses
I only answer to the import list, since I dont susbcribe to the other lists
plus avoid cross-posting .

Hi Pierre, Thanks for taking a look.
The source data for this import is not AI derived - the state GIS office (VGIN)
collects datasets from each city/county in Virginia, then processes them into a
statewide dataset that is released (with a OSM compatible license) on a
quarterly basis.
Was there a particular area in the full or sample OSM files that looked bad?
Thx-Jonah
