That's fair too - though this isn't about headers specifically. The whole
message except for the headers inserted by SMTPRS or SMTPRCV is in this
condition.
I admit the only time I've seen this kind of corruption is in spam.

Only I'd make it a permanent error because it's a permanent, needs to be
fixed manually, problem with the sender's mail system. 551 and not 451.
