I agree with your point of view but I shall further suggest that make repair n service reasonable so that your customers don't look for other options e.g. Toyota cars have least maintenance n cheapest service, so thei engineers who left or thrown off, they call me for AC service etc I refuse n only get everything at Authorised dealer
