On the top v's prstat issue I would recommend that people read an

If there are bugs and/or rfes regarding what people regard as prstats
shortcomings can they be logged? The problems can't be addressed
unless we know about them.

But, although I am personally loathe to recommend the installation of
top, +1 to installing both.
