The problem I had was with Solaris 9, and probably be probably fixed in 
Solaris 10 using privs. Though this does not help a site which has a 
mixture of Solaris 8-10, and some variety of Linux. They would probably 
still standardise on sudo. I think we need to be absolutely sure that 
RBAC can perfectly replace sudo before we call sudo rubbish.

I do not disagree that RBAC is better at the end of the day. I just do 
not see the need to exclude something that will take up almost not space 
on the CD, and lose potential Solaris converts due to it's exclusion.

Yes, we could have written a sudo clone (or RBAC for Linux) with the 
effort that has gone into the discussion :)
