Sorry, I was unaware that one of our goals was "parrot ubuntu as closely as possible", good to get that cleared up. Seriously though, who gives a damn what $PROJECT uses, we ought to be searching for the best solution to the problem, not the one which most closely aligns with ubuntu. I mean, jesus... Ubuntu is popular now, Mandrake was popular in the past, RedHat was popular before that...
