"Hi, Gargji, One more option is there to save the email reading time and space i.e. read the subject line of e-mail and senders name,decide wheather email is genuine,if it is not select such mails from inbox and send them to archive, instead of deleting. you can veiw the archived mail at anytime afterword if you need.deleted couldn't. Thanks"
