Shubhada ji, I forgot to mention in my mail that the procedure pertains to Gmail. I am certain, Yahoo would also have on similar lines, the concept of filters (this is a normal feature of any mail application). Filters sort all the past emails as well as set rules for all future messages, in short manages classification. Regards.
