Yes, it is possible ..
1) please open any mail you would like to classify
2) in the top menu, you will find a drop-down of *More actions*
3) in which you find *Filter messages like these*
Create filter ... is what you get
3a) In this dialog, you will find all possible ways to segregate similar
kind of mails
In fact, at the end of process, Gmail prompts you to consider all such mails
that were received in the past.
