Dear, Spores are the reproductive particles or we can say seeds of fungi. There are many different types, sizes and shapes. They are in the size range of microns and can be visualized only under microscopes. As Dr. Sethi said, it gives the clear cut clue what is the species is. So, it is not very easy to identify any Fungus without examining thoroughly. I have used 'not very easy' but expert like Dr. Sethi can help to identify some very common species of fungus by just seeing the illustrations. I hope we will be much blessed here by the presence of Dr. Sethi. I join with all of you to welcome Dr. Sethi.
