Many thanks Garg ji for resurfacing my post <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/indiantreepix/IssNUvvJBl4/qHNnXE_-hAgJ>.
The post <https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!topic/indiantreepix/uo5Lgsz4vIA> in eFI group that you have pointed, has keys provided by Gurcharan ji. He concludes by saying "Things are not very clear seeing lot of variability and confusion in literature but for me most features especially leaves and young fruit go with C. carandas". There *is* lot of variability and confusion; status of *C. congesta* is not clear. Let us hope some one sorting this genus comes forward and puts his / her thoughts too. Regards.
