We can check what Catalogue of Life says which has been updated recently and appears to be much better than The Plant List. The Plant List was based on fixed data provided to them in 2012 by various service providers like WCSP etc. The underlined never changed after that. On the other hand data in Catalogue is changed on day to day basis and is based on latest sources.
