Here I will add that if it is the case that rendering engines will not
accept the above requested change, then there may be a number of other
ways of achieving the same result, such as to use a code which is a
normal consonant and gives behavior similar to VA/BA. Only in the font
the shape will be like BA and not the character itself. And there may be
other options as well, which those more familiar with the technical
aspects of this work may suggest.
