the question is rather simplistic, what is that the bengali community at large 
would adopt or accept as their script or lipi, which ever term you find 
consistent?

has larger (educated as well as partially educated) population of bangali 
community decided upon a certain style of writing?   

has it been made public under same documentation convention the way others are 
expected to conform to, and is there a consistent way of new electronic 
bengali litterature (work, thoughts in the form of text) becoming available 
based on new set of guidelines those that have come into existence upon the 
advent of computers as we use them now?
