Saya memakai windows 2003 operating system dan oracle 9i dan saya perlu pencerahan mengenai RMAN. Setelah saya pelajari dan coba ternyata RMAN hanya bisa menghasilkan backup pada lokasi target database, tidak bisa pada lokasi catalog database (asumsi: target catalog db memakai server yang berbeda).
