I�m a novel AFS programmer. I�m developing an application that needs to
use the functions KAM_GetEntry, KAM_ListEntry and others. I�m confused
about how to use the functions described in the "AFS Programmer�s Reference:
Authentication Server Interface" to obtain a "connection with AdminTicket".

I have my own AFS cell for testing, and I can get all the privileges needed
to access the kaserver but I�d like to know which is the sequence of functions
to get ready for achieve KAM_GetEntry.

As additional information, I�m working on two hp9000s800 with AFS 3.3 and 3.4.

P.D.   If you know how to gather the info of all the rx connections from a
       fileserver (as rxdebug does it) please tell it to me.
