If you have an RW and RO on the same partition, and then move the RW,
the RO will *not* move. That is because RO sites are created by vos
addsite (and then a subsequent vos release).
Now, if you have a BK volume, the vos move will DTRT. However, if
what you want to happen is for the RO volume to move with the RW
volume, no, vos move will not DTRT. You have to move the RO volume
separately.
