> Don't try to list /afs in the file selection widget (e.g. Ghostscript)

Actually, that is the fault of the SelFile widget in Ghostview.
I am working on making it better in this regard. This problem
is not limited to AFS. SelFile also gives automounters heartburn
when it encounters a directory of NFS mount points. The automounter
tries to mount evrything up quickly and usually drives the load
up to a high number.

The AFS case is actually easier to deal with since /afs at the beginning
of the path can let SelFile know it is dealing with afs. Also, I am told
that there is an even/odd vnode rule that I can exploit to tell if entries
in a directory are files or directories without stating them.

Anyway, AFS was just installed here last month, so now I will be able to
work in this problem.
