This pathetic response is sadly typical of Transarc/IBM of late.

We've been discussing the lack of support and future direction of AFS
on this list from Transarc for months.  They have never responded with
ANYTHING, which I can only interpret to mean that they have no interest
in caring about their customers.

I think I am going to talk to our software licensing group about
discontinuing paying Transarc for support, since we don't receive any
support today.  If you're unhappy with Transarc's complete lack of
anything, I would urge you to do the same.
