Hi Terry,

I just tested using the "AFS Client for Windows95" client
(/afs/transarc.com/public/afs-contrib/bin.export/win9x.client)
to see how my use of "root.othercells" behaved under Windoze.

I tried clicking the "My Computer" icon and opened the Z: drive
(better known to me as /afs ;-)

It works fine. No delay.
