As far as I see, this is not possible in WinCVS (and I also don't see an obvious
solution for implementing it - maybe Alex sees?).
However you can get your recent log messages back by selecting them from the
dropdown list below the edit field where you normally type them in (on the "Commit
settings" option tab).
So you have to do more than the two commits you mention, but there is no need to
type in the log messages more than once each.
