There is property tax relief as part of the bill. I'm not sure how that money
would leave the state and go to the feds?

The ISEA position statement is here: http://ia.nea.org/newsroom/HF2066.html

I would read up on the bill here
http://www.ia-sb.org/LegislativeAdvocacy.aspx?id=3450 and contact Margaret
Buckton if you have questions about the property tax relief component.
