For reference, the email messages are stored beneath the partition-:

There for each mailbox exist cyrus.index and cyrus.header files.
The <user>.dav files are in a different place under the configdirectory:, e.g.
if imapd.conf contains configdirectory:/A then the .dav files are
/A/domain/e/example.org/user/m/m.dav . There also m.conversation and m.counters exist.
Okay; figured it out.
They're present, but with the new storage paradigm they're under
<configdirectory>/user/uuid/?/?/<uuid>/ and are now just called dav.db
rather than <user>.dav. Similarly, we have conversations.db rather than
<user>.conversations.
I presume the dav.db files are generated the first time any given user
has a sieve script enabled.
