Yes. There are those that really don't like the whole idea behind RBL
server but we put the support into iMS for those that want it.

You would have to write it. iMS is not a mail server, per se...it is a mail
server development platform. You can use FusionMail (freeware with cf
source) to get started writing for iMS. From there it is fairly simple to
write an application like the Mustang app...
