The current version of iMS will only add text to the top or bottom of the
email. So, if the message is MIME encoded you will not see the text. The
ability to add the text to a MIME-encoded message will be a future
enhancement (I think that you will find that most list servers do not have
that enhanced capability - including NTMail/3 which you were running).
